Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Physio Network, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality home physiotherapy services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking an appointment.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Home Visit Appointments

Our clinicians travel specifically for your appointment and reserve dedicated time for your care. For this reason, late cancellations or missed appointments cannot normally be refunded.

If our physiotherapist arrives at the agreed address and is unable to provide treatment because the patient is unavailable or access cannot be gained, the appointment will be treated as a no-show, and the full appointment fee will apply.

Online Consultations

Online physiotherapy consultations are refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment.

If technical issues occur on our side that prevent the consultation from taking place, we will offer either:

A full refund, or
A free rescheduled appointment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or appointment changes may be considered at our discretion.
